Tim Deditch
Vice President

Tim Deditch brings over a decade of hands-on experience in the commercial moving industry. His career began at just 16 years old, working summers on moving trucks and learning the business from the ground up. By 18, Tim was working full-time with major Van Lines, gaining extensive experience in large-scale commercial and specialized moves.

Under the mentorship and partnership of industry veteran Chuck Haliburton, Tim honed his operational expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to customer service. In 2018, they took that experience and launched their own company with a clear mission: to become Ohio’s #1 school moving company.

Today, Tim leads with a hands-on approach, deep industry knowledge, and a relentless focus on efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction—helping position the company as a trusted leader in commercial and educational relocations across Ohio.

Midwest Installation Group was established in 2018 to provide comprehensive commercial installation and logistics solutions backed by experienced leadership and proven operational standards. Founded by professionals with extensive field and management experience, the company was designed to bridge the gap between execution and reliability.

Since its inception, Midwest Installation Group has steadily expanded its service offerings and geographic footprint, supporting commercial clients, educational institutions, and corporate facilities across the Midwest. The company’s growth has been fueled by a focus on safety, efficiency, and consistent project delivery.

Midwest Installation Group offers a full range of services including commercial installation, facility relocations, FF&E installation, warehousing, storage, and logistics management. Our structured approach and commitment to excellence make us a trusted partner for projects of all sizes.

As Midwest Installation Group continues to grow, our focus remains on building a scalable, dependable operation that delivers consistent results across every project and market we serve. Over the next several years, the company is committed to expanding our geographic reach, strengthening our operational infrastructure, and investing in the people and equipment that allow us to perform at a higher level.

With strong momentum and an increasing demand for reliable commercial installation and logistics partners, Midwest Installation Group is positioned for sustainable growth. Our upcoming 10-year anniversary represents more than a milestone—it reflects a decade of trust earned, projects delivered, and relationships built. We view this moment as a foundation for the next phase of expansion, innovation, and leadership within the industry.

The Midwest Story

What’s Next for Midwest?

Looking ahead, Midwest Installation Group will continue to refine our service offerings, enhance safety and training standards, and pursue long-term partnerships with clients who value accountability and execution. Our goal is not rapid growth for growth’s sake, but smart, strategic growth that strengthens our reputation and elevates the level of service we provide.

As Midwest Installation Group approaches its 10-year anniversary, growth isn’t something we talk about as an abstract goal—it’s something we’ve lived, earned, and built step by step.

The early years were about proving ourselves. Showing up when it mattered. Learning what worked, what didn’t, and what kind of company we wanted to be. Every project completed, every relationship earned, and every challenge overcome created momentum that couldn’t be forced—it had to be built. That momentum came from consistency, accountability, and a refusal to cut corners, even when no one was watching.

As the company grew, so did the responsibility. More clients trusted us with larger, more complex projects. Crews expanded. Equipment increased. Systems became tighter. But the mindset stayed the same: do the work right, stand behind it, and take care of the people who make it happen. Growth was never about getting bigger for the sake of it—it was about getting better.

Now, nearing ten years in business, that momentum feels different. It’s steadier. More intentional. The foundation is solid, built on experience instead of trial and error. The next phase isn’t about survival or proving we belong—it’s about leadership, scale, and long-term impact. It’s about becoming the go-to partner clients trust without hesitation.

The 10-year anniversary isn’t a finish line. It’s a checkpoint. A moment to look back with pride and forward with confidence. Midwest Installation Group is entering its next chapter with clarity, momentum, and the same work ethic that started it all—ready to build the next decade stronger than the first.
